Stalls reservations:

Call (816) 804-6397   OR   E-mail wildfire66@hughes.net.

Please do not call Lone Wolf to reserve stalls; this keeps us from having stalls double booked. You will find the form on this page. Stall rental is $20 for the event. You will need to provide your own feed and water bucket. Friday arrivals will be checked in no earlier than 5pm.  Early arrivals are welcome but arrivals earlier than 5 will be subject to a $20 fee for use of the arena payable to Lone Wolf.  You must be out of your stall Saturday evening after the show. If you want stay longer arrangements for an extended stay may be made with Lone Wolf. Camping is primitive but the restrooms will be available all night. You will be able to take advantage of the outside arena and the trails, weather permitting. Indoor arena is available as long as no events are scheduled Friday evenings. The covered warm-up area will always be available. The concession stand is open Friday evening and re-opens at 7am Saturday morning.

Arrival Requests:

Upon arriving at Lone Wolf please note that the gravel parking is limited and we ask that you be respectful of space. To provide the best parking conditions trailers may park at the West side of the barn. All vehicles without trailers please park at the North end of the building. If parking on the hill (weather permitting) and renting a stall you may park at the barn to unload your horse and/or tack. We do ask to please check in at the entry booth prior to putting your horse in a stall.

Thank you for being a part of PTSC.

My name is Sherry and I may be reached at (816) 804-6397 or
wildfire66@hughes.net if you have any questions or comments.

As a reminder, we will no longer take a blank check for entry fees.  Please register for the classes that you want to enter and pay for the entries at that time.  Class registration is closed two classes prior to the start of your class so please have your entry forms filled out early.  You may, of course, enter additional classes throughout the day.

Saddle type rule: Horses entered as saddle type cannot enter any age division classes
classes 3-4, 12-14, 17-19, 26-28, 32-34 (37-41 Western Tack) and game classes.  [You cannot enter both ST classes and age division classes at the same show.  If you enter a Saddle Type horse in a Saddle Type class you can only enter the other Saddle Type classes for the entire show.   You may change classes at the next show.]

Novice rider rule:  If you ride in a novice class, the rider is ineligible for any class requiring a lope. [Novice classes are for novice riders only.  If you enter a Novice class you can only enter Novice classes for the entire show.  You may change classes at the next show.]

Also to let everyone know, the Walk/Trot Western Pleasure class will not be counted into year end points.

If you have any questions about the PTSC Horse Shows please contact
Sherry via email.

PTSC shows are PAC approved for the APHA Horse Association.  Our shows are now eligible for APHA points and your horses can earn awards through the APHA also. We will have all forms necessary for the exhibitors at the entry booth.

A negative Coggins Test is required for all horses entered in PTSC shows.  Please have your Coggins papers ready to present at the entry booth in order to show. Periodically throughout the show season, this will be repeated. This is not only a PTSC rule it is the law!
